Mr. Louis Michel

Louis Michel is a Minister of State and member of the European Parliament. He is also a former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Belgium, European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid. Louis Michel was a member of the Belgian Federal Parliament from 1978-2004, first as a Representative and then as a Senator.
